Cancellation and Refunds
Users may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting D BEAUTY BAR at sales@dbeautybar.co.za with the subject line “UNSUBSCRIBE”. Users will not be charged for cancellation.
Users requesting cancellation of subscription(s) via e-mail must do so by the last day of the previous month to allow for manual processing of the cancellation (e.g. Subscriber must email cancellation request by January 31, 11:59 PM SAST in order to cancel their account prior to a February renewal).
If you are subscribed to a 3 or 12-month plan, your subscription term will be renewed at the end of each 3 or 12-month cycle. Example: if you subscribe to the 3 month plan starting in January, you will receive January, February and March’s boxes. If you wish to cancel your subscription you will have to do so before the 1st of April (11:59 pm on 31/03). If you wish to continue receiving boxes, a new 3 month cycle will automatically begin on the 1st of April. This is also applicable to the 12 month subscription.
The Company does not allow Subscribers on a 3 or 12 month plan to pause or suspend its subscriptions. Anyone may re-subscribe at any time following cancellation.
If your card was erroneously credited after submitting your cancellation request by the specified date and time, please email sales@dbeautybar.co.za and we will further investigate the matter. Refunds will be provided where there is evidence of compliance with our cancellation policy.
By using this Website, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refunds and no exchanges for any products provided by the Company once our supplier or We deliver these items to the carrier who delivers these products, unless the product received by you is damaged and/or expired. The Company provides a selection of products which may vary from box to box sent to various Users of the Service. The Company cannot accommodate specific requests for certain products, as the Company operates from a limited inventory of products depending on availability.
