Cancelation Policy

At D Beauty Bar, we understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel your subscription. We strive to make the cancellation process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Please read the following information carefully to ensure a smooth cancellation experience.

Users have the option to cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team at sales@dbeautybar.co.za with the subject line "UNSUBSCRIBE". We value your feedback and would appreciate it if you could provide a reason for cancellation, although it is not mandatory.

When requesting cancellation via email, please ensure that you send your request by the last day of the previous month. This allows us to process your cancellation manually and ensure that you are not charged for the upcoming renewal. For example, if you wish to cancel your subscription before the month of February, please email your cancellation request by January 31, 11:59 PM SAST.

If you are subscribed to a 3 or 12-month plan, your subscription term will be automatically renewed at the end of each cycle. For instance, if you subscribe to the 3-month plan starting in January, you will receive January, February, and March. At the end of the 3-month cycle, your subscription will be renewed for another 3 months unless you choose to cancel.
